Claims are accepted within 14 days after the sale of the goods, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated May 4, 2010.
Please note that the actual colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the site, depending on the color rendering of your monitor.
If you find a defect, you must send a photo of the defective product to [email protected] with the order number and a description of the defect. If the marriage is confirmed, you must return the product to our store by any means available to you.
According to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated May 4, 2010, the consumer has the right to demand:
- commensurate reduction in the purchase price
- replacement for a product of the same brand
- refund of money paid for goods
According to Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated May 4, 2010, our store is obliged to provide an exchange or return of a non-food product of good quality, if it has not been in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, within fourteen calendar days. Return of goods is possible provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels). You need to send the goods to our office in any way available to you. When returning goods of good quality, only the cost of the goods is refunded. Shipping costs, as well as the cost of return shipping (if it was made at your expense) are not refundable.
When paying for an order using a bank card on the site, a refund is possible only to the bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the return notification.
